REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Whilst we are sure you will love all our beautiful products, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Before you return the item, you must notify us via email. Please include your name, date of purchase, your reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. (If exchanging or using your store credit for another item, please be sure to include details of what item you would like!) We will then contact you via email to confirm the return of your original purchase.
We guarantee to make sure that our products leave the store in excellent condition and always wrap them securely with tissue and bubble wrap and whatever is needed to help ensure that Australia Post can deliver your package safely. The product returned must be as new - this refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged in transit or after delivery, or if they have been dropped or broken and they must be returned in any box or original packaging. Colour Decor will not accept any items for exchange, store credit or refund that do not meet these requirements.

Once the item has been received at Colour Decor and is certified to be in new condition with it’s original packaging, we will then proceed with your request of exchange, store credit or refund. We will contact you for payment of postage for any new exchange items.

It is suggested that you send your return package by Australia Post Express Postage as Colour Decor can not be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit.
Please choose your item(s) wisely as you will need to pay the postage on any items returned and also the postage of your replacement item.
