Colour Decor had been the stores name since before our time waaay back in 1987 and we feel that, now we have owned the store for a very mature 30 years (haha), the time is just right to shed our old name and rebrand to embrace all the things you tell us you love about our little store - the bright & beautiful colours, high octane patterns and the happiness you feel when you walk through our door!

So, a BIG HELLO to our sunshiney new name ~ The Brightside Store!  

Based in the sunny seaside city of Geraldton, Western Australia, we love the joy that colour brings and feel those pops of colour in your house really do make it a home ~ "beige" and "plain" are words not often used in our store! We strive to bring together a beautiful collection of homewares, gifts, arts, jewellery & stationery created by a whole bunch of very clever artists, designers, brands & importers from across Australia and beyond. Our online store is an extension of our happy little store with most ~ wherever possible ~ of the instore range available online too!

Our site is designed to be easy and convenient to use with hassle free checkouts, no need for checking on availability and offering a huge range that will always be updated as new stock arrives at our Geraldton retail store!  

Alongside our lively little retail store, The Brightside Store is also a hub for custom picture framing! With 30 years of experience, we frame all mediums of artwork, photographs, sporting memorabilia, needleworks, canvas paintings & prints & literally anything you want to see day in/day out on your wall! (That includes feathers, leaves, jewellery, hats & bats - you name it, we've probably framed it!)
